Refund & Return Policy

Our 30-day full refund and free replacement policy only apply to these following reasons:

1. Item received is defective/damaged/broken/does not work properly.

2. Item received is different from the description or the product customization information.

3. Incorrect or mismatched size. 

4. Lost/missing items.

And do NOT apply to these following reasons: 

1. Request for a refund/replacement is after 30 days of product delivery.

2. Pick the wrong size, product, address, custom information, etc...

3. Products damaged by misuse, mishandling or poor mainternance.

4. Items that have been washed, worn, or soiled and damaged resulting from the customer's handling.

5. Personal reasons due to personal taste, change of mind, etc...
6. Products purchased during a sale or any promotion.

Refund and Replacement Service Procedure:

Step 2: Request refund/replacement details with photos/videos of the items you received and the package's cover including the detail shipping label to best assist you.
Step 3: Get refund/replacement after we received your ticket. 

Refund Time

If your refund is approved, the funds are applied to the sampe payment method you used to buy the item. Here's how long it takes for a refund to appear on your account or statement:

- Credit card: up to 10 business days

- Paypal: 3-5 business days
